I will try hard to make something beautiful with it since I’m so fortunate to receive this lovely yarn. I have actually never seen this yarn in a store either. I wonder if they sell it on line?

I thank you for doing this and apologize for not participating more. A death in the family and a big change in my life–I now own 60 alpacas and still have my full-time job–have kept me from practically any knitting since August. Never did get to start the one project I really wanted to finish during this SofL! but I will! And I appreciate being selected for a prize.

Thanks! I’m still working on it but received my long awaited book on Estonian Lace so I’m working on some of those patterns for awhile. I don’t have much in the way of patience and that’s why I usually rotate 6-7 projects. It takes me a long time to finish anything but at least I don’t get bored

This is 100% beautiful. I am getting married in a year and a half and my grandma is an amazing knitter (70 years of knitting will do that I guess)- I recently asked her to knit me a veil and have been trying to find a pattern I liked. I was thinking a circular shawl style would be something I could use again (tablecover, shawl etc). I LOVE this. I was wondering how big it is size wise now and how you find Burda Magazine. I googled it and searched the patterns on the site but couldn’t find anything.
