1 down, 1 to go.

I cast off the first of my Kaibashira lace socks last night, and immediately cast on the second. I really love this pattern it knits up so very quickly and I can do it n pattern repeat chunks and then make myself go and do the things that you need to do!

Ravelympics wrap all wrapped up.

I’ve just got back from a week in Pembrokeshire and finished my Ravelympics wrap on the Friday just before we came home, so I’ve just squeezed in under the deadline! Here’s a poor attempt at a finished arty photo draped over a cliff, the others were far worse! It’s currently filling all of the single bed . . . → Read More: Ravelympics wrap all wrapped up. This is what I’m up to now… These are the Lacy Mock Cable socks.  I started these back in the summer of 2007.   The yarn (Fleece Artist Merino) was given to me by a knitting friend and she was going to China to pick up her adorable adopted baby girl… So, I thought I’d knit some . . . → Read More: A little lace Read more »
