I cast off the first of my Kaibashira lace socks last night, and immediately cast on the second. I really love this pattern it knits up so very quickly and I can do it n pattern repeat chunks and then make myself go and do the things that you need to do!

I leave for Ireland tomorrow morning! I’m going horse riding for week, the shawl will be staying safely at home as I have to carry everything for a week in saddle bags.
