One thing that did get me interested on my trip is that my niece told me she is having a baby in March. I’ve spent the last day or so on Ravelry checking out all the cute baby items. Being as she doesn’t know the gender, lace can be problematic. I cast on for this hat though, I figure I can always use it for some baby if it doesn’t work out for hers.
