My Irish Honeybee

No Gravatar

After some tidying up of loose end projects around here I am jumping in to the Honeybee Shawl by Anne Hanson of Knitspot.  I’ve picked the beautiful lacewight cashmere “Sophia” from Poshyarn in the “Finch” colorway and it is a joy to work with.  The very subdued yellow dances through the green as I knit it on my patio.  I will be posting pics soon of my beginnings, but for now my yarn is on my Raverly stash page.

Are you doing the stole? I’m working on the triangle version in a lace merino called Tupelo Honey–mostly green and lovely

Yes I am doing the stole. Wonderful pattern - very well planned. Once you get sick of knitting one section, you’re on to the next!

I’m going to do the stole after I finish knitting Zetor. Are you doing the large or small size?
