I’ve finally picked a couple projects for the summer. I’m going to do the Moonlight Sonata Shawl in some lovely celedon Silk and Ivory from Tess’ line of yarns, and also Ene’s Scarf with I don’t know what yarn, maybe from my stash, maybe new. It calls for lace weight and I like that. After that, who knows? right now working on a CP Taos sweater/jacket, and finishing turtle tracks, to rest my mind and fingers.
Cast on the Moonlight sonata, and loved my yarn, hated the pattern. It just wasn’t right for the yarn, the yarn wants something more sweetly feminine, so I’m still looking for the right pattern for it. Unfortunately, I only have 1 skein (660 yds or so), so I can’t do just any shawl.
